If not, why should marijuana be any different? If a state should decide to decriminalize it by popular vote I would have no problem with that, however if a few elected officials sitting in the statehouse do it just to increase tax revenues then I would oppose that effort.Ron Russellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11220328678840317631noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1075932024272546688.post-76269695862025804612012-05-24T15:58:30.323-07:002012-05-24T15:58:30.323-07:00Agree with handling this at a state level. Trying to throw one nation-wide blanket rule over a controversial issue is asking for problems.

However, the Medical Marijuana law here in Oregon is grossly abused. It gets really tiresome listening to 19 year old healthy hippies carrying on about their "terrible pain" for which MJ is the only viable "medicine."innominatushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08365636738022339985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1075932024272546688.post-78172317007701429592012-05-24T07:41:38.063-07:002012-05-24T07:41:38.063-07:00Obama ... you broke the law!Obama ... you broke the law!Woodsterman (Odie)https://www.blogger.com/profile/00423574390748358762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1075932024272546688.post-9383057699426876662012-05-24T05:41:02.850-07:002012-05-24T05:41:02.850-07:00I'm leaning more and more towards legalization...I'm leaning more and more towards legalization or some type of decriminalization of pot.
