I miss him, he is a good and decent man. Although he was a spender, I wish we still had him. And class no other former Pres can match.

Although I like the man here is the problem; We are not a 'democracy'!

We are founded in a Declaration of Independance and secured in a Constitution as a REPUBLIC!

If one actually looks at Tea Party priciples this is exactly what we stand for, not this mobacracy stuff.

It is way past high time to realize this! My God, we just elected some people who understand and now this?

I dare any and all to ask Rep. Elect Allen West if he agrees with Pres. Bush! I would not be surprised as to his answer but you may be.

True we are a Republic, but our representatives are democratically elected... Last Tuesday's results were just the beginning, the next thing needed is to abolish the 17th amendment and give the states back their rights...

While some Tea Party candidates did not win in this election they are not backing down.

See how one Tea Party Candidate is still going strong with his book "The Liberal Clause"

While it was written for children it's a great book for adults.

See how David Hedrick tells his children about how the Liberal Claus stole Christmas.

Congratulations Christopher. Finally someone who gets it, someone who actually knows that we are NOT and were not founded to be a Democracy.

We ARE a Constitutional Republic. The founding fathers even warned us to NEVER let us become a Democracy.

If our schools won't teach this TRUTH, then I hope that parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles would teach it at home.

The United States is actually both a democratic republic and a constitutional republic.

"The United States relies on representative democracy, but [its] system of government is much more complex than that. [It is] not a simple representative democracy, but a constitutional republic in which majority rule is tempered by minority rights protected by law."

So, while the term democracy may not be totally accurate it is not totally inaccurate either.

Randy-G,

I miss him also. He acted like an adult, unlike Obama. And, yes he had class also.

I can't wait to buy his book also. It looks to be an interesting read.

The Born Again American,

The Federal government needs to be downsized in a big way. I think abolishing the 17th amendment might be a good idea.

Christopher,

Yes, America is a constitutional Republic.

Most Rev. Gregori,

Our schools definitely need to teach the TRUTH about America being a constitutional republic. If not, parents and grandparents need to take up their responsibility and teach their kids the proper information on the American government and the history of our founding.
