Director of "Gasland" Sues To Censor Video of His Admission that Flammable Tap Water Pre-existed Fracking by Decades

More evidence of enviro-weenie extremists hiding the truth just like hiding the decline.

From Breitbart:

Joe Schoffstall reports: Phelim McAleer, Director and Producer of "Not Evil Just Wrong," is now in a censorship battle. Josh Fox, director of "Gasland," was confronted by Phelim and did not like the outcome. Due to this, he has used his lawyers to have this video removed from YouTube and Vimeo.

An e-mail sent out by Phelim further explains the sitution:
"McAleer had posted the short film on YouTube, but Fox took legal action and had it pulled down. McAleer attempted to get around the ban by posting it on rival website Vimeo, but once again Fox called in the lawyers and the film was yankedFox is the director of Gasland, a documentary which claims a type of gas drilling, known as fracking is polluting water. In particular, Fox claims the drilling has polluted drinking water so badly, that families are now able to light the water coming from their faucets. These water lighting incidents are one of the most dramatic scenes in Gasland.

I grew up in PA and I witnessed this natural occurrence first-hand of flammable water in springs around my area Teresa. This stuff was happening long before fracking.

I live in an area where fracking is strongly opposed. I can understand this because the local economy is strongly dependent on tourists who visit to appreciate our area's unspoiled natural beauty.

But when I ask opponents if they would support oil drilling in places where the populace largely supports it, they say no.

Interestingly, I don't see these people riding their bicycles to work. They're driving pickups and vans.

"Fracking", isn't that an expression used very often in Galatica?

They have been fracking in parts of Arkansas, and earthquake tremors are becoming more and more prevalent.

This is a very serious issue and I am glad you posted on it.

It's dangerous and can be fatal to humans, that is the gas that it releases.

Do you remember all the fish and birds that were found dead in Arkansas? It was fracking that killed them.
