Dr. Ben Carson: Fantastic Motivational, Inspirational Speech at National Prayer Breakfast

From Before It's News:
Dr Ben Carson was born in Detroit, Michigan and was raised by a single mother, Sonya Carson. Dr Carson struggled academically throughout elementary school, but started to excel in middle school and throughout high school. After graduating with honors from Southwestern High School, he attended Yale University, where he earned a degree in Psychology. He chose to go to Yale because in College Bowl, an old knowledge competition TV program, he saw Yale compete against and defeat many other colleges, including Harvard. Carson wanted to participate in College Bowl, but the program was discontinued. From Yale, he attended University of Michigan Medical School.
Benjamin Solomon "Ben" Carson, Sr. is an American neurosurgeon and the Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the United States, by President George W. Bush.
I recommend that everyone read his book, "Gifted Hands."

He was fantastic. I saw this from C-Span. That man had courage, which I believe came from God.

Well done!

Dr. Carson did a wonderful job educating all of us on the best way to provide health care, I truly wish our President and leaders would pay attention, but I know they will not. God bless you Teresa, I didn't know you had this blog and thank you so much for adding me to the blog roll! Loopy

I heard Doctor Carson's speech on Rush Limbaugh's program.

We will hear much more from and of him. The WSJ calls for him to run for the Presidency.

God gives us our gifts so I am in full agreement with you, Leticia. I hope you're feeling better. God Bless.

Loopy, Thank you for your comment. I guess the thing we can do is pray for the president and others conversions.

This was actually my first blog. Catholibertarian is supposed to be a together blog for my hubby and I. It is but I write most of the posts that go up.

God Bless.

I hope so Bunkerville. He's too humble, the right person for the job, right person to be president, and that's why I doubt he'll run. He kind of reminds me of Reagan.

His speech was fantastic Rick.

Great speech from a great man. Don't think Mr. Obama appreciated it much, though.

Isn't this wonderful?

I just love it that Obama had to sit through this speech -- not that he was paying attention, of course.
