Senator Ted Cruz takes Congress to task for their tendency to pass legislation based on emotion, false statistics and scary pictures instead of based on facts.
"Cruz says that these decisions are too often made in a 'fact-free-zone'."
I love the saying "fact-free zone." Ted Cruz is correct.
