The Ruling Elites Wage War on Morality Via Homosexualization

By: Robert Knight:
As the nation lurches back toward well-founded suspicion of big government, the ruling elites are putting the pedal to the metal against the moral foundations.

In a matter of months, three liberal federal judges struck down California's constitutional marriage amendment, the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), and the military's law barring homosexuality. Why mess around with legislators when federal judges can create havoc with the stroke of a pen?

Sometimes just the threat of a wacko liberal ruling is enough to drive policy. That seems to be the reasoning behind Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates warning Congress to homosexualize the military before the courts do it. He said it would be disruptive if a court acts, so Congress should order up the lavender tanks instead.

I don't recall a single reporter asking Mr. Gates why, if ending the policy by court order would harm the military, it would be less disruptive if done by the lame-duck Congress. Mr. Gates himself hinted at the answer: Training (i.e. brainwashing) could begin earlier. Think about that. Troops drawn from America's heartland will be "trained" to appreciate sodomy - or else. Wonder if they'll break out those little Maoist dunce caps while they're at it?

I am against gay marriage. I think that sets a precedent for our kids that will lead them in the wrong direction.

That said, I believe in treating our homosexual friends, relatives and neighbors with love and compassion.

And do NOT expose kids to any teachings about homosexuality until they are of age. Homosexuality CAN be learned, as it was in ancient Rome. Any society that raises children up to be homosexual will fail.

On the other hand, grown ups who are homosexual deserve good treatment. But that does not include making changes to our military that will cause danger to our soldiers or weaken us.

First of all, I am thrilled DADT was not repealed.

I do not believe a person's private sexual orientation should be forced on anyone, especially with our military personnel they have plenty to worry about as it is.

Opus #6 is spot-on.

To Opus #6; Jesus taught that we should love the sinner and hate the sin. The sad fact is that so many people today have interpreted that to me that they should be supportive in what ever it is that sinners do. Yes, treat them as human beings, but do not support them in their life-style. Parents who welcome their gay son's lover into their homes or likewise their lesbian daughter's lover, are doing nothing more then supporting the child's unnatural and sinful life-style.

If we allow openly active gays into the military, will we be seeing precision close quarter drills and daisy chain formations in our future military public displays?

On top of all the other reasons not to repeal DADT:

1) Islamists call us the Great Satan in part because of our assumed decadence.

2) Outed homosexuals have the lifespan of a mayfly in Islamic countries.

If DADT is repealed, does anyone think the Islamists are going to ask any American military prisoners they may take what their sexual preference is? Of COURSE not - they'll assume ALL our soldiers/sailors/airmen(women) and Marines are gay, and they'll treat them accordingly.

According to some pundits, Islamists hate us because we're 'decadent'. Anyone think repealing DADT is going to change the Islamists' minds about the Great Satan's decadence?
