Prayers coming your way Teresa. :)

On the video-

Hmm. 1. We can't wage war on these current terrorists. I think I've gone over this before...and I also think I've explained why it's impossible, so I won't go into it here. :) I do like that Lieberman acknowledged that most Muslims don't ascribe to the radical agenda.
2. I don't think the nuclear option should be bandied about at all. Period.
3. Invade Iran. Oh yeah. Nice idea, there. >.< When will we ever learn? (And by the way, sanctions don't hurt anybody but the common person. Just look at Cuba.) I think one thing people miss with the Iran-nuke situation is that Iran was backing off when we started getting all belligerent. That's when they decided to get more intense with their program. Why? Oh, it couldn't have anything to do with the fact that we were threatening them or anything!
4. I think there should be some "space" between Israel and the US. We're autonomous nations, for goodness' sake, not colonies' of each other!

Well anyway...prayers are definitely coming your way Teresa, and now that I've written a mini-book... LOL

Liberty,
Thanks for the prayers. They are much appreciated :)

I think that the U.S. should focus on our missile defense shields. But, from what I know, the Obama administration hasn't done a great job of making sure the U.S. has a good missile system.

I defeinitely think that the nuclear option should be a last resort. But, I do think that Obama needs to take a page out of Reagan's playbook and give Iran the perception that we will use the nukes, even if we really aren't. If Iran perceives us to be strong, then they will back off, but if they perceive weakness then they will most likely try something.

I do think that some sanctions hurt the civilians. But, I think that there are other types of sanctions that can solely target the leader or governemnt.

Actually, Iran was still working on their nuclear program when we were silent. But, then Iran became more outspoken when we authoritatively expressed discontent at them acquiring or creating nuclear weapons materials.

I do think that both Israel and the U.S. act as autonomous nations. But, I do think that there relationship is similar to that of the U.S. and England. But, is there any other nation in the Middle East that has stood by our side and backed us up in tough spots like Israel has?

Have a good night :)

Everyone:
Praise be to God, all of your prayers have helped. My scan I had the other day is negative. That is such a relief. Now, I am off to round 2 of figuring out what is causing my headaches.
